Change cluster size on NTFS partitions

Depending on what your strategy is (performance or Reduced cluster wastage) you may want to change the cluster size from 4K (default) to anywhere between 512 bytes (Minimum) to 64K (Maximum). You can't currently do this.

this download does not seem to work on 64-bit systems. says: 'files are corrupted, download again' this happens on both my 64bit windows computers.
